Role Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata Office (Beck Bagan Row)
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, email)
? Guide customers through installation, product usage, and troubleshooting
? Provide post-sales assistance, including warranty queries and complaints
? Coordinate with the technical/service team for unresolved issues
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
? Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Bengali
? 1+ years of experience in a customer support or call centre role
? Ability to explain tech concepts simply and patiently
? Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
? Familiarity with CRMs and ticketing tools is a plus

Pay: ?11,264.95 - ?21,714.06 per month
