Role Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata Office (Beck Bagan Row)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, email)
Guide customers through installation, product usage, and troubleshooting
Provide post-sales assistance, including warranty queries and complaints
Coordinate with the technical/service team for unresolved issues
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Bengali
1+ years of experience in a customer support or call centre role
Ability to explain tech concepts simply and patiently
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
Familiarity with CRMs and ticketing tools is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,264.95 - ₹21,714.06 per month
