Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads. Explain course details, admission process, fees, and benefits clearly. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs. Follow up with interested candidates and maintain lead status. Answer queries related to courses, eligibility, and documentation. Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets. Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for conversions. Meet daily/weekly calling and enrollment targets.

Pay: ₹18,990.25 - ₹25,087.38 per month
