We are seeking a proactive and organised Student Coordinator to act as the key link between students and teachers. This role ensures smooth communication, prompt resolution of queries, and continuous engagement of students with our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between students and teachers to ensure smooth class coordination
Address and resolve queries or concerns raised by students and teachers
Monitor and follow up to ensure student retention and class continuity
Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall student experience
Support in onboarding new students and providing them with guidance
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
Experience in academic advising, student support, or a similar educational role
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using MS Office and student management tools
Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
