Job Title: Customer Support Representative - Amazon Seller Account
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Support Representative
to handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests for our Amazon store. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, friendly, and effective support. Your role is critical in maintaining our high seller rating, building trust with customers, and supporting smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries via Amazon Seller Central within the required response time.
Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, replacements, shipping delays, and product inquiries.
Communicate with fulfillment teams (FBA or FBM) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Manage returns and claims in compliance with Amazon's policies.
Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, and seller ratings, and take proactive steps to maintain high performance metrics.
Escalate unresolved issues to management and collaborate on effective solutions.
Document common customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Stay up to date with Amazon policies, customer service best practices, and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in
customer support
(Amazon, eCommerce, or retail experience preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is highly desirable.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
