Customer Service Associate (CSA)
to support our clients and delivery operations with prompt, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp (B2B and/or B2C clients)
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with the operations team
Update customers on delivery timelines, delays, or changes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate urgent or unresolved cases to supervisors or relevant departments
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution times
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of customer service experience (logistics, courier, e-commerce preferred)
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, email, and basic tools like Excel or Google Sheets
Patience, problem-solving mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure
Immediate joiner preferred
