. The selected candidate will receive training on ERP modules and will assist clients in resolving software-related issues.
This role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with the technical team, training users, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle support queries from customers and understand their issues
Document and resolve issues using standard procedures
Escalate unresolved issues to the manager when required
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues within timelines
Install ERP applications and perform basic testing
Train customers and end users on ERP modules and features
Provide functional support to users across departments
Manage user access and permissions
Take ownership of support tickets and follow up until closure
Provide regular updates to customers on issue status
Prepare and submit daily end-of-day reports
Arrange external technical support when first-level resolution is not possible
Stay updated with new software features and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in
IT / Computer Applications
or
B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Minimum 1-2 years experience
in ERP support, software support, or customer support roles
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
and
MS Office
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
Ability to understand and explain software features clearly
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
