We are hiring
Customer Support Executives
for a
Chat Process / Non-Voice role
. The primary responsibility is to handle customer queries via chat and written communication. In case required, outbound or inbound calls may be made
only to resolve customer queries
, not for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat and non-voice platforms professionally
Resolve customer issues efficiently and within defined timelines
Make or receive calls only when necessary for query resolution
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and quality standards
Required Skills:
Good written communication skills in English
Basic verbal communication skills for query-resolution calls
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (email, chat tools, MS Office)
Ability to work in a day shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Experience in chat support or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
Training will be provided for freshers
