Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using support systems.
Provide feedback on customer trends, recurring problems, or product suggestions.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge on MS Word and Excel
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluency in [English & Telugu ] Mandatory. Hindi (Manageable)
