ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Support Representative

, you'll be the vital connection between our accounting software and clients, combining technical knowledge with accounting expertise to deliver exceptional support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide responsive support to accountants and financial professionals across multiple channels Guide clients through software features, transaction processing, and accounting workflows Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting functions and system configurations Document customer interactions thoroughly with attention to accounting-specific details Collaborate with product teams to improve software functionality based on client feedback Build strong client relationships by understanding their accounting needs and our software capabilities Maintain professional communication while translating technical concepts into accessible language Contribute to knowledge base content for accounting-specific features Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Education



Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

2-3 years of customer support experience

, ideally with accounting software, OR CA/CMA professionals looking to transition into customer-focused roles Experience working with accounting professionals highly valued

Desired Technical Skills



Proficiency in customer support platforms and CRM software Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel for financial data analysis Understanding of accounting software systems and financial data structures

Accounting Knowledge



Solid foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation Understanding of accounting cycles, journal entries, and financial statements Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax-related requirements

Communication & Soft Skills



Exceptional communication abilities
