Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

who is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, order updates, and after-sales support while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via

email, live chat, tickets,

in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate

order status updates

Coordinate with

design, production, and dispatch teams

to resolve customer queries efficiently Assist customers with

order changes

, size updates, artwork clarifications, and payment confirmations Handle post-delivery issues such as

missing items, size concerns, delivery delays, or incorrect orders

Maintain clear and accurate

notes and records

in the ticketing system Follow internal processes and escalation guidelines for complex or urgent cases Ensure all communication is

clear, polite, and aligned with brand tone

Proactively follow up with customers when required to avoid delays
