Madras Sarees is looking for a friendly, fast, and customer-focused
WhatsApp Support Executive
to manage daily customer queries, assist with orders, and provide a smooth shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving, and a strong understanding of saree categories, fabrics, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp.
Assist customers with product details, pricing, videos, color clarification, and availability.
Share saree photos, videos, size/length details, and recommendations.
Guide customers through the order placement process.
Maintain professional, polite, and warm communication at all times.
Manage customer follow-ups, confirmations, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and logistics teams for order updates.
Handle complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Update customer details and maintain daily activity reports.
Suggest suitable saree categories based on customer requirements (office wear, festive, wedding, gifting, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
