Responsibilities:



Deliver excellent customer service to all Rently users. Handle support requests primarily through

voice support

. Maintain high-quality standards in customer experience. Make real-time decisions to resolve issues effectively. Escalate complex requests to the appropriate internal teams. Adhere to

ISO-certified company security standards

.

Requirements:



Experience in international customer support/voice process preferred.

Passionate freshers with strong verbal communication skills may also apply.

Excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills. Willingness to work in

US night shifts

and during weekends (5-day work culture).
