Key Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

from customers Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism Resolve issues and provide

quick, effective solutions

Maintain accurate records of conversations and feedback Ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams for escalated queries

Requirements:



Fluent in

Kannada

(spoken) and

English

(spoken and written) Strong communication & active listening skills Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigation, email) Positive attitude & ability to stay calm under pressure Willingness to work on-site and learn new skills

Freshers welcome

- full training provided! Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus
