We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to manage customer interactions in our premium car spare parts showroom. The role involves assisting customers, answering queries, and ensuring smooth order coordination for high-end automobile parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

customer inquiries in English and Tamil

via phone, WhatsApp, and in person. Provide accurate information on spare parts for luxury cars like

Audi, Benz, Jaguar, Rolls Royce

. Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure excellent service standards. Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for order processing. Handle complaints and provide prompt resolutions. Maintain customer interaction records and reports.

Required Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills in English & Tamil (both verbal and written).

Good customer handling and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of car spare parts or willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email). Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

Qualification:

Minimum

Graduate

or

Diploma
