Job Summary:


We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

to manage customer queries, provide product information, and ensure a smooth support experience for our clients in the

building materials industry

.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries. Provide accurate

product details

, pricing, and availability information. Address and resolve

customer complaints and queries

professionally. Coordinate with the

sales and logistics teams

for order updates and delivery. Follow up with clients for

payments and feedback

. Maintain

customer records

and update CRM/software regularly. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent support service.

Key Skills Required:



Excellent communication skills in

English and Tamil

(Hindi is an advantage). Strong

problem-solving and listening skills

. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of

MS Office and email handling

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
