Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and professional

Customer Support Representative

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely, efficient, and accurate support to our customers through

chat and voice

communication channels. This role requires a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries through

live chat, voice calls, and emails

in a courteous and professional manner. Provide real-time assistance via

chat process

for general inquiries, technical support, or service-related issues. Attend incoming

customer support calls (voice process)

and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible. Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal departments. Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction. Achieve performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Strive to enhance the customer service experience with every interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in a

customer support

or

BPO

environment handling

chat and voice processes

. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and understanding with customers. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
