Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Normal English will work
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
Location: Noida Sector 62
Salary: ₹20,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to Tata 1mg services (orders, medicines, lab tests, etc.)
Provide clear and accurate information in Hindi and basic English.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
Basic understanding of English to handle internal tools or basic customer interactions.
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Comfortable using a computer and basic CRM systems.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus (freshers can also apply).
Should not be looking for sales or target-based roles.
