Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
Assist customers with order status, shipping, returns, refunds, and product-related concerns
Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure closure within defined timelines
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse) for issue resolution
Adhere to quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in customer support (product-based e-commerce only)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of interactions
Comfortable working night shifts
Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely
Mandatory Requirements
Experience strictly in
