PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to support remote CSR operations for our US division, focusing on B2B order processing, inventory management, and superior customer service delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
:

Order Management
Process B2B purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Verify pricing and order details
Conduct inventory availability checks and ensure accuracy
Handle order modifications, special requests, and backorders
Provide excellent customer service throughout the order process

Inventory Control
Monitor stock levels for the NY and Canada warehouses
Coordinate with inventory teams to update stock levels
Maintain inventory accuracy within the system
Assist with inventory counts and replenishment

Customer Relations
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Assist with shipping arrangements and order status updates
Process special order requests
Ensure professional and timely communication with customers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
:

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business or related field)

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
B2B customer service experience preferred
Experience in inventory management is a plus

Skills
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving skills

Familiarity with order processing systems
Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping logistics
