Customer Support Representative
to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide insurance-related support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls and customer queries professionally
Assist customers with insurance policy details and services
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when required
Resolve customer issues in a timely and polite manner
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Any graduate / 12th pass (depending on your preference)
Freshers can apply (experience is an added advantage)
Good communication skills in Tamil & English
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
