Customer Service Executives (CSE)
for a
UK voice process
. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound voice calls from UK customers professionally
Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, or general support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Follow process guidelines and quality parameters
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Minimum
6 months to 1 year
of experience in a UK voice process preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Comfortable working in UK shifts
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
