Your main responsibility will be to support new customers after they purchase our online software. You will help them get started, understand the software, and guide them through basic setup tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
onboarding support
to new customers after software purchase
Assist customers in
sorting & uploading data using Excel sheets
Help clients with
WhatsApp Business integration
(basic setup--training provided)
Conduct
online training sessions
to explain software features
Respond to customer queries through call, email, and WhatsApp
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and clear communication
Coordinate with internal teams if any issue needs escalation
Ensure timely follow-up and support closure for each client
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English
(written & verbal)
Strong comfort with
computers, Excel, and basic online tools
Ability to learn software quickly
Problem-solving attitude and patience
Professional behavior and customer-friendly approach
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in customer support, telecalling, or software onboarding
