Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues. Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience. Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Adhere to process guidelines, security protocols, and company policies.
