Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing systems and provide accurate information or solutions. Process data entries and maintain records with a high level of accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues for customers, sometimes related to technical services. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency. 247 flexible working shifts.

For night shifts get two holidays.

Required Skills

Excellent written communication and comprehension abilities in English Good computer literacy; familiarity with basic office software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
