We are looking for a dedicated

Customer Support Executive

to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats. Resolve product or service-related issues promptly. Maintain customer satisfaction through professional support. Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:



0-2 years of experience in customer support (Freshers can apply). Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work a 10-hour shift. Comfortable with a weekly off on either

Saturday or Sunday
