. We are looking for

female candidates

with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via

phone, email, chat, and social media

Update and maintain

CRM

with accurate customer interaction records Collaborate with the

marketing team

to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction Collect and analyze

customer feedback

to improve marketing strategies Prepare and deliver regular reports on

customer queries and campaign-related issues

Requirements:

Graduation in

B.Com / BBA

MBA in Marketing

(preferred) Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills Strong

interpersonal and customer-handling

abilities Ability to

multi-task, prioritize

, and manage time efficiently

Preferred Experience:

1+ year

in Customer Support (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
