Job Requirements:

Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media channels. Maintain CRM database and update customer interactions accurately. Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve customer issues. Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in marketing strategies. Generate regular reports on customer queries and campaign-related concerns.

Graduation (

B.com/ BBA

) + MBA (

Marketing Preferred

) Strong

communication and interpersonal skills
