Customer Support Executive
who is fluent in
Hindi
&
English
to assist our users with queries related to our educational services and platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and helpful experience for our Hindi-speaking learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email support in
Hindi
&
English
Provide accurate information about courses, tests, products, or services offered by the company.
Resolve customer queries, issues, or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, content, sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support users in using the online platform or mobile application.
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi
&
English
(speaking and understanding) is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service preferred (freshers with good communication also welcome).
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, problem-solving ability, and customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the education/EdTech industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification.
