We are looking for a

high-energy, sharp, and driven professional

to join our team in a

Customer Success / ERP Implementation

role. This is

not a traditional support position

. The role requires strong ownership, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to proactively drive tasks to closure while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Both

freshers and experienced professionals are welcome

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

primary coordination point

between clients, internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations), and Management Drive

ERP / software onboarding and implementation

activities end-to-end Ensure

timely and consistent follow-ups

on all action items, dependencies, and open points (

non-negotiable

) Manage

client expectations, timelines, and deliverables

effectively Conduct regular

status updates

, prepare project reports, and share progress with stakeholders Understand

ERP workflows, modules, and business processes

to support smooth implementation Identify

risks, bottlenecks, or delays

and proactively push for resolution Maintain accurate

documentation, trackers, and implementation records
