Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our existing clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
2. Resolve client issues related to products.
3. Track and follow up on open customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
4. Record and maintain detailed notes of client interactions.
5. Provide accurate information about our products, orders, and delivery status
6. Assist with order placement, returns, and basic product-related concerns
7. Document customer interactions and feedback clearly and accurately
8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Qualifications
1. Previous customer service or support experience, especially in handling inquiries from existing clients.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
