Follow-Up:

Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.

Support Sales and Service Teams:

Coordinate with internal departments to solve complex customer issues.

Meet Performance Targets:

Achieve customer service goals such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and system changes.
