About the Role:
We are hiring a
Student Support Executive
who is passionate about education and student success. You will be the primary point of contact for students, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving queries, and coordinating academic and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Student Onboarding & Documentation
Verify academic and ID documents during admissions and course progression
Handle student interactions via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Student Query Resolution (Calls Mandatory)
Address student concerns with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Fee Collection & Records Management
Assist with fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records
Academic Communication
Share updates related to assignments, exams, results, and university circulars
Data Management
Maintain organized digital and physical student records
Follow-Ups
Regular follow-ups on pending fees, missing documents, and student requirements
Internal & University Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities to resolve issues
Operational Support
Support exam registrations, academic events, and other student-facing processes
Who Can Apply?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (mandatory)
Experience:
0-2 years
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi and English
(spoken & written)

Monday to Saturday
