Job Role:

As a

Customer Support Executive

, you will assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable

Life and Health Insurance plans

based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

to assist customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products. Provide accurate information on policies, premiums, and benefits. Maintain customer records and follow up for renewals or additional services. Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication.

Graduation (Mandatory)

Salary:

15,000-20,000 k CTC for freshers

Max 35,000 k CTC for Experience

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of insurance (added advantage)
