The Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Connect with Sathi Partners over calls. Manage payment collection/recovery from retailers. Coordinate with the field sales team for payment status updates. Handle complaints from Sathi Partners regarding onboarding, transformation, orders, deliveries, missing or damaged products, and product performance. Manage return orders from retailers.

Payment collection/Recovery:


Calling to the Saathi Partners for Payment. If Partner is not getting connected then connect with Field officers (SM/TM/CM) to get an update on the payment status

Complaint:



Handling partner's concerns, including onboarding, transformation, order-related complaints, delivery-related complaints, missing or damaged complaints, and product performance-related complaints.

Returns:



Normally, when the season ends and material is still left unsold at Partners then they request for return of the leftover material. Partners can raise Return requests via Saathi App (self), by asking the Field Officer (Saathi App) and connecting with the B2B Sales Team and B2B CX team.

Qualifications we look for:Graduate BSc Agriculture/Non-agriculture both works Internship experience or fresher Should relocate to Pune, Maharashtra Excellent communication skills * Fluent in Telugu and Kannada
