, you will be the first point of contact for our students. Your role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional learning experience by addressing students' queries related to courses, the IFAS mobile app, and the website. You will play a key role in improving student satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to student queries via chat, email, and phone.
Provide detailed information about courses, study material access, exam schedules, and faculty support.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the IFAS website and mobile application.
Guide students through app/website features and resolve access/login issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical or academic teams.
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the academic, sales, and tech teams to ensure quick resolution.
Gather student feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain high levels of empathy and patience while interacting with students.
