Job Description

We are seeking a

Customer Support Representative

to handle customer inquiries and concerns, primarily through

phone calls

, along with email, chat, or social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and effective support.

Make outbound calls

to follow up with customers regarding their issues, feedback, or inquiries.

Receive incoming calls

from customers and address their concerns or queries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Document all customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in internal systems or CRM tools. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors in a timely manner. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Stay up to date with product knowledge, services, and company policies.

Pay: ?10,905.72 - ?33,117.79 per month
