Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
Document all customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in internal systems or CRM tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, services, and company policies.
