Illumine is conducting a training program that is being carried out nationwide. This large-scale intervention focuses on changing mindsets in lakhs of central government employees.
This is an opportunity for you to support and ensure this project is implemented successfully as a customer service representative.
What are the responsibilities
We require customer support executives to:
1. Manage incoming phone calls/ WhatsApp channels
2. Identify and assess customers' needs
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Who can apply

2. Can join the team between 1st May'25 and 31st July'25
3. Are available for at least 3 months
4. Have relevant skills and interests
