Key Responsibilities
Handle student queries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Provide timely and accurate solutions to student issues related to courses, fees, login access, classes, and general support.
Guide students through processes such as registration, course navigation, and exam-related queries.
Maintain records of student interactions and follow up on pending cases.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments when needed.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Maintain adherence to support processes, SLAs, and quality standards.
