About the Role



We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Customer Support Representative

to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will communicate with students, address their concerns, and provide smooth resolution to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities



Handle student queries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. Provide timely and accurate solutions to student issues related to courses, fees, login access, classes, and general support. Guide students through processes such as registration, course navigation, and exam-related queries. Maintain records of student interactions and follow up on pending cases. Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments when needed. Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. Maintain adherence to support processes, SLAs, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Good English communication skills (verbal and written) --

. Strong problem-solving ability and patience while dealing with students. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn support tools quickly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
