Job Description

Bestinn Leisure Hotels & Resorts is a Kerala-based hospitality group operating boutique hotels and nature resorts across South India, looking for a telecaller in Thrissur Office

The Tele-Caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote Bestinn Leisure's hotel and resort offerings, assist guests with inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads for room bookings, packages, and promotions. Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing guest inquiries about properties, prices, availability, and amenities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Provide personalized customer support that reflects the Bestinn Leisure service standards. Coordinate with reservation teams to ensure smooth confirmation of bookings. Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada preferred). Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or booking systems. Customer-focused attitude with strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Prior experience in hospitality/tele-sales is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
