Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound

customer calls in a courteous and professional manner. Understand and resolve customer queries while providing accurate information. Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM software. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution. Strive to deliver excellent service and enhance the overall customer experience. Follow company policies and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in

Hindi and English

(mandatory). No Malayalam knowledge required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools/software. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Willingness to

relocate

and work from

Calicut, Kerala
