We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent service experience across phone, email, chat, or other support channels.
Shifts: Rotational with 2 days week off
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when necessary.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Education
Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
