Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Document customer interactions and maintain records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements & Skills
Proven 2 to 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Shopify Website)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in customer support environment is a plus.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
