We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive (Hindi)

who will be responsible for assisting customers over phone, chat, or email. The candidate should be fluent in

Hindi

and have the ability to handle queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in

Hindi

. Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or email with accuracy and empathy. Provide correct product/service information and resolve issues effectively. Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and complaints. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for quality and productivity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
