Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
? Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
? Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
? Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and contribute to retention.
Requirements:
? Experience: 6 months - 2 years in customer service / call center / support role.
? Education: Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
? Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a strong plus.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
