Key Responsibilities:



Handle

incoming and outgoing customer calls

related to product inquiries and sales. Engage with potential customers to

explain product benefits

and convert inquiries into sales. Provide

exceptional customer service

, addressing queries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer experience.

Requirements:



Fluent in both Hindi and English

(mandatory).

Prior experience in customer service and sales calls

(voice process preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. A customer-focused approach with a sales-driven mindset.
