Urgently hiring for International Voice Process

Location: Elecyronic city phase 1, Bangalore

Receive inbound calls to gather and verify required information and doutmost within their power to solve customer problems Have excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately by providing effective solutions Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in system Should be an immediate joiners Should have min six months of work experience preferrably in international voice process, international customer support, us process Should have excellent communication skills
Education: 12th pass

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
