Job description: International Customer Service (Voice Process) .

Work Location: Gurgaon - Sector 21 .

Eligibility Criteria:- Education: UG / Graduate / Post Graduate (UG freshers not eligible).

Experience:

0-3 years in International Customer Service Voice process. Excellent communication skills in English.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Handle international customer queries and provide voice-based support.- Deliver high-quality service with strong customer satisfaction.- Ensure accurate resolution of queries within defined SLAs.- Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards.- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions.

Salary & Benefits:

- Freshers: 3.2 LPA ( 23,000 in-hand).-

Experienced (up to 3 yrs): 3.43 LPA ( 27,000 in-hand).- Joining Bonus: 5,000. Cab Facility: Both side Incentives and growth opportunities in a global work environment
