Urgent hiring for International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Role:

Handle inbound calls for international customers

Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice

Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication

Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)

Experienced Candidates must have minimum six months of experience preferably in International BPO, International Voice, US process, Process Associate, international process

Graduates (Recent pass-outs preferred) Excellent English Communication Skills (B2 level) Willingness to work in Night Shifts Immediate joiners only
