Job Summary -



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities -



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other support channels in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service quality guidelines Meet individual and team performance metrics Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and internal processes Stay updated on product, service, and policy changes

Required Skills & Qualifications -



Graduate Freshers are welcome! Undergraduates with 6 months of relevant BPO experience are welcome! Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email systems) Willingness to work in rotational shifts (days & nights)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
