Customer Support Executive - Retention & Cancellations

Experience:

6 months to 1 year (E-commerce/Retention/Sales preferred)

Role Overview:



Join a leading refurbished electronics platform as part of our support team. You'll handle order cancellations and work to retain customers through persuasive, high-quality support via calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage customer queries related to cancellations.
Retain customers by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and refunds.
Maintain performance metrics: FRT, AHT & Retention %.

Requirements:



6-12 months of customer service experience.
Strong communication & objection-handling skills.
Experience in E-commerce/retention/sales preferred.
Comfortable with voice, chat & email support.
Open to undergraduates and graduates (graduates preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
